Golang Job: Web Developer

VIV3 is looking for a Backend Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role you'll help to contribute to the current and future growth of our backend services and infrastructure, blockchain technologies, and our smart contracts for our web based NFT marketplace and platform. The ideal candidate thrives in complex and challenging technical environments that involve the latest technologies that will define web3 consumer experiences. You'll work cross functionally with our product team as we scale our products and platform, and introduce solutions that will deliver a world class, one-of-a-kind consumer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Development of backend services supporting mobile and web applications
• Be responsible for the complete lifecycle of product features from planning to implementation to testing to live ops

• Build and operate high-quality infrastructure and services
• Day-to-day coding, performance profiling, optimization and general troubleshooting for new features and existing features
• Work with the engineering team to help plan the company's long-term engineering roadmap and identify areas of improvement
• NoSQL database design
• Scale our infrastructure
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

What You Should Have:

• This position requires a 4 year degree with 1+ years of work experience. Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in NoSQL database design and development
• Experience in developing, designing and working with APIs, distributed databases and caching systems
• Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Cloud security best practices and cost-effective cloud architecture
• Development with Go (Golang)
• Best practices and hands on experience in handling multi-tier architectures, deployments, and backup systems
• Robust exploratory/experimental skills
• Self-starter, analytical, creative, highly motivated with a visionary spirit
• Strong skills in terms of identifying and articulating goals and risks to management
• Team player with strong influencing skills
